Parent Supporting Parents through the Reunification Journey
Peer Parent Advocates are individuals who have previously interacted with Child Protective Services (CPS) or the Department of Family Services, having faced the difficult experience of having their child(ren) removed from their care.

Nevada’s Early Childhood System includes all the programs and services that young kids and their families need to be healthy and grow to their fullest potential. This system consists of an entire network of resources to help provide our kids ages 0-5 with everything they need for a strong start in life.
Family Navigation Network
The Family Navigation Network provides health care information, education, training, outreach, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs and the professionals who serve them. Please fill out the form below and we will have one of our staff contact you.
Children’s Mobile Crisis Response Team
MCRT supports youth and families of youth under the age of 18 showing signs of behavioral or mental health issues that pose a threat to the child’s stability within their home, school or community.

CredibleMind Mental Health Resources
The Southern Nevada Health District is partnering with CredibleMind, an online digital mental health platform, to help boost the well-being of community members. The platform provides free and confidential access to a large library of mental health and well-being resources.
Resources for Youth
Nevada Teen Peer Support Text Line
Youth can text in at 775-296-8336 from noon to midnight 7 days a week and 365 days per year to be connected for a one-on-one text conversation with a young adult Peer Wellness Operator. The Nevada Teen Peer Support Text Line is confidential and staffed by trained young adult peers in recovery who provide support from lived experience to youth impacted by mental illness or life stressors.
Youth M.O.V.E.
A youth inspired and youth led organization that encourages and empowers youth peers to unite together to engage with youth serving systems. We recognize the power of lived experience and are also a strengths-based bridge to improving support services for youth, by youth, through shared experience and expertise.
TrevorSpace by The Trevor Project
TrevorSpace is a welcoming online social community for LGBTQ+ young people between the ages of 13-24 years old. With over 400,000 members across the globe, you can find support groups and make friends in a moderated online safe space intentionally designed for you.

NPHY’s best practice programs have helped thousands of homeless youth graduate from high school, enroll in college, embark on careers, find their passions, build supportive social networks, transition to safe and stable housing, and realize brighter futures.
